A restorative journey to reduce stress through breathwork and accessible, gentle meditative flows. This low-impact practice features both standing and chair-supported movements designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength.

A 9 progressive class series focusing on the 24 Yang Style form. Tai Chi is like a slow choreographed martial arts dance that improves balance and stability. Consistent attendance is recommended to learn the sequence.

*No classes on long weekends:
April 5, 6 & May 17, 18
