Mission
Katy is a Lee Holden certified instructor, dedicated to providing a holistic approach to wellness through the practice of Qigong, Tai Chi, Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Dao Yin (Chinese Yoga) movement practices. Katy creates a supportive environment for individuals to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
Katy leads ongoing programs for City of Toronto and LAMP/Stonegate Community Health Centres, alongside specialized workshops for the Toronto District School Board and Etobicoke Services for Seniors. Beyond her public series, she partners with physiotherapists for wellness walks and hosts private group sessions at boutique studios across the city.

Qigong
Relax into the flow through slow moving movements that mirror the elements in nature. Move like waves in the water, wind in the trees, and spirals in the sand. Experience the benefits of moving meditation through Qigong and cultivate inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional well-being
Yoga
Step into a space of quiet strength and mindful presence. Hatha Yoga gently guides you through postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama) to align the body and calm the mind. As you move with intention and breathe deeply, you’ll feel more centered, open, and ready for meditation
Tai Chi
Experience the 24 Yang Style Form of Tai Chi. Learn to flow through each graceful movement like a dance, cultivating inner calm and outer strength. Discover the lasting benefits of improved balance, posture, coordination, and overall well-being
Chair Yoga
Discover the calming power of chair yoga—a gentle, accessible practice that welcomes every body. Whether seated or using a chair for support, you'll explore mindful movement and breathwork that ease tension, build strength, and improve balance and posture.
